고교 교육과정에 기반한 대학입학전형의 전공 특성 면접 도구 개발 = Developing Interview Tool for Selecting Applicants with Aptitude for Their Major in Undergraduate Admission Assessment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 고교 공교육 정상화 도모와 동시에 대학의 전공 특성에 부합하는 학생 선발을 위한 면접 문항을 개발·검증하여 전남대학교 면접 도구로 활용 가능한지를 모색하기 위해 수행하였다. 고교 교육과정의 범위와 내용에 기반을 둔 문항 출제를 위하여 대학과 교육적 연계가 밀접한 4개 교과목을 선정하고 해당 교과목 고교 교사로 전문가 집단을 구성하여 문항을 출제하였고, 그 문항이 전공 특성을 평가하는 데 얼마만큼 타당한지 측정하기 위해 대학 교수로 구성된 대입 전문가 24인에게 2차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 검증한 결과 전문가 합의를 이뤄가는 과정이 2차례의 델파이 검증만으로는 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 2차 델파이 검증을 통해 확정된 최종 문항의 실효성을 파악하기 위해 실제적인 대입 이해관계 대상자인 고등학생을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 실제 전형 운영 시 나타날 수 있는 문제점과 해결책을 제시하였다.

The aims of this study is i) to develop interview questionnaires that would help to normalize public high school education and to select applicants with aptitude for their majors at Chonnnam National University (CNU), and ii) to verify if these questionnaires can be used as interview tools for undergraduate admission assessment at CNU. Four high school subjects were chosen with close educational ties to CNU curriculum, and high school teachers of these subjects developed interview items on respective subject. To validate if the items could assess the characteristics of the major, 24 CNU professors performed twice Delphi methods on the items, which did not suffice to reach a consensus between teacher`s and professor`s groups. To determine effectiveness of the items finalized upon the Delphi method, 572 second-grade high school students were surveyed with the items. Finally, based on the survey results, we presented potential pitfalls that could transpire in actual interviews and their solutions.
