농협 가공공장 운영의 성공요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Success Factors in Operating the Processing-Factories of the Agricultural Cooperative Association

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리 농산물을 원료로 사용하는 농협가공공장의 활성화를 위하여 그 성공요인을 찾고자 하였다. 논의의 초점은 농산물가공공장 중에서 정부와 농협중앙회의 일부지원으로 설립, 운영중인 농협가공공장을 대상으로 경영실태를 분석하고 가공공장 운영담당자와 지방자치 단체 공무원을 대상으로 설문지에 의한 태도조사를 실시하여 농협가공공장의 성공요인을 분석 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 경영능력, 포장디자인, 품질인증, 생산기술의 순으로 중요하다고 답 하였다. 이러한 사실은 현실을 잘 파악하고 있음을 알 수 있었지만 그 실천은 빈약함을 나타내고 있었다. 경영능력을 갖춘 지도자를 키우고 도와주려는 분위기를 우리 모두가 만들어 나가야 함을 지적하고 있으며, 지역대학 및 연구소에서 적극적인 지원이 있어야 함을 보여주고 있다. 또한 실증분석의 결과 직업별ㆍ지역별 응답의 차가 다수 나타났으며, 이의 해결을 위해 ‘지역 사회를 살리자’ 와 같은 운동을 전개할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 운동의 주체는 지방자치단체, 지역사회단체 대학 및 연구소가 되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is intended to find out success factors to activate processing-factories of the Agricultural Cooperative Association which use the local agricultural produce as a raw material. The focus is on analyzing the management actualities of the processing-factories partly funded and operated by the government and the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation. The managers in charge of operation of the factories, and the local government officials concerned have been asked their attitudes through questionnaires. Their responses have made it possible to analyze the success factors of the processing factories run by the Agricultural Cooperative Association. It has been found out that the management ability is the most important factor of success, followed by the packing design, the quality certification and the production technology. This finding has shown that though their recognition of the actual condition is good, their practical performance is poor. It has also indicated that we all should create the atmosphere to foster and support leaders of management ability and that the universities and the institutes in the region should give a positive back-up to them. The corroborative analysis has shown that occupations and regions make considerable difference in responses. To solve this problem, a campaign such as 'Let's Vitalize Our Community. is urgently needed. In this kind of movement, the local government, the social organizations, the universities and the institutes in the region should play an important role.
