인권법과 인권사회학 = Human Rights Law and Human Rights Sociology

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Research on human rights is a discipline which needs interdisciplinary research. Due to the nature of human rights, human rights law, international humanitarian law, and human rights sociology has a close association between them and mutual academic exchange is required. This paper studies academic characteristics and challenges of human rights law, international humanitarian law, and human rights sociology studies comparing the were studied. In this paper, the academic challenges presented in each field are as follows: First, in studying the human rights law, due to the comprehensive nature of human rights human rights law, it is necessary to study on the basis of human rights such as the essence theory of human rights, human rights thought, human rights movement history and so on. In addition, employing research of international humanitarian law and human rights sociology is essential for academic exchange. Second, in the study of international human rights law, domestic legal efforts are needed to accommodate the various provisions of international human rights laws which have the international recognition. Of course, it is necessary to show an active position to adopt the international human rights treaty as norms in domestic courts. Third, in respecting for the fact of the legal nature of sociology in human rights sociology, the effort to connect human rights norms between realistic human rights is required.
