저학년 아동의 사회적 능력 증진을 위한 대인간 기술(People Skills) 프로그램에 관한 연구 = Study on the People Skill Program for the primary children with social and/or emotional problems

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to introduce the People Skill Program for the enhancement of social competence of primary children with social and/or emotional problems developed by the authors of the Dept of Counseling, Child Educare Research Institute, PNU.
The program developer3 as a group counseling program for improving social competences of primary children with social and/or emotional difficulties had been implemented twice since 1997 and evaluated its effects by Chung and Shim(1998, 1999).
The evaluation studies of the program effects revealed that it was a effective program for enhancing primary children's social competences. Specifically, the program was most effective to change inappropriate socio-emotional behaviors of children who had psychological conflicts with their parents and siblings.
There described the theoretical background, goals and basic orientations of the program, the procedures of developing the program and the program activities etc.. Lastly, on the conclusion some problems for the completion of the People Skill Program were discussed.
