조별 과제 집단효능감 측정도구 타당화 연구 = A Validation of Collective Efficacy Instrument within the Context of Group Assignment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 조별 과제 상황에서의 집단효능감 측정도구를 타당화하는 데 있다. Lent et al.(2006)의 집단효능감 측정문항을 우리나라 대학 교육 맥락에 맞춰 번역한 후 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증 과정을 거쳤다. 타당도 검증은 심리학개론 교양강좌 수강생 147명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단효능감 측정도구의 9문항은 높은 내적합치도를 나타냈다. 둘째, 탐색적 요인분석 결과 모든 문항이 .50 이상의 요인부하량을 나타냈으며, 1요인 모형으로 연구모형을 설정한 후 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 적합도지수에서 문제가 없는 것으로 나타나 구인타당도가 검증되었다. 셋째, 준거관련타당도를 살펴보기 위해 집단효능감, 자기효능감, 협동학습, 조별수행 간의 상관을 개인 및 조별 수준으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 개인 수준의 경우, 집단효능감은 개별 학생들의 자기효능감과 협동학습 수준과 정적 상관을 나타냈으며 집단 수준의 경우, 집단효능감은 조별 협동학습 수준의 평균 및 조별수행과 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 집단효능감 측정도구는 조별 과제가 포함된 다양한 강좌에서 활용하여 학생들이 인식하는 조별 과제의 문제점을 해소하는데에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to validate an instrument that measures perceived collective efficacy of students who participated in group assignments. Nine items developed by Lent et al. (2006) were translated into Korean and tested for their reliability and validity. A total of 147 undergraduates who were enrolled in an introductory psychology at a major university in Seoul participated in this study and completed surveys on collective efficacy, self-efficacy, and cooperative learning experience. Data on students’ group performance were also collected at the end of semester. The results showed that collective efficacy items proved to have a high reliability. Results of EFA and CFA provided evidence of construct validity of this instrument. Finally, results of correlation analyses both at individual and group levels showed evidence of criterion-referenced validity. Discussion regarding the application of this instrument is provided in the conclusion.
