대학생의 진로소명, 진로자기효능감 및 내적동기와 진로적응성의 관계 = Exploration of the relationship among calling, career decision-making self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and career adaptability

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct and indirect relationship between calling and career adaptability by considering two potential mediators, career decision-making self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation. The results of the present study highlighted the significance of calling, career decision-making self-efficacy, and intrinsic motivation in understanding career adaptability. With 239 Korean college students, there were both significant direct and indirect effects from calling to career adaptability. Specifically, the mediation roles of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation were confirmed. A total 40% of the variance in career adaptability was accounted for by the mediation effect of self-efficacy and a total 13% of the variance in career adaptability was accounted for by the mediation effect of intrinsic motivation. These results have significant implication for career counseling to promote career adaptability for korean college students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로설계이론을 바탕으로, 대학생들의 진로적응성이 진로소명과 어떤 관계가 있는지 진로자기효능감과 내적동기를 매개변인으로 선정하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울소재 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 남녀대학생 239명을 대상으로 네 변인들 간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로적응성은 소명, 진로자기효능감 및 내적동기와 모두 유의미한 정적 관계에 있었다. 둘째, 소명과 진로적응성 간의 관계를 진로자기효능감이 유의미하게 매개하였다. 셋째, 내적동기 또한 소명과 진로적응성 간을 매개하는 유의미한 매개변인임이 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과가 실제 상담 장면에서 갖는 의미와 한계점을 논의하였다.
