충북도민의 재난안전 인식도 분석 : 지역안전지수 7대 분야를 중심으로 = An Analysis on the Resident’s Awareness of Disaster Safety in Chungcheongbuk-do - Focused on 7 areas of regional safety index -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of residents for disaster safety and to measure the resident’s awareness and demand for education of disaster safety in Chungcheongbuk-do. The study aims to build a basic dataset to explore customized policies based on the demands of residents would be victims when disaster occurs. To that end, A survey of 1,556 Chungbuk residents was conducted to measure general awareness of disaster safety, expectations of rescue and support, willingness to participate in emergency response, disaster safety threat factor, disaster understanding, preventive efforts, disaster education and experience awareness.
The results of this study could be used as a basis for monitoring system to examine changes of satisfaction about disaster safety of residents. In addition, it is expected to be used to establish a policy of disaster and safety for the residents, away from the uniform ways of policy or business method.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 설문분석을 통해 지역안전지수 7대 분야를 활용한 충북의 재난안전만족도 실태를 조사하고, 주민의 재난안전 교육·체험에 대한 인식도와 요구도 등을 측정하는 것이다. 이를 통해 재난안전 피해의 당사자인 주민의 관점에서 수요자 맞춤형 재난안전정책을 발굴하기 위한 기초자료를 구축하고자 한다. 이를 위해 충북 도민 1,556명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 시·군별 재난안전만족도를 측정하였다. 설문 결과를 토대로, 재난안전에 대한 일반적 인식도, 구조/지원 기대감, 응급대응 참여의사, 재난안전 위험요인, 재난이해도, 예방노력, 재난안전 교육·체험 인식도를 분석하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 재난안전정책 수요자인 일반인의 재난안전만족도 모니터링 체계 구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 일률적 정책방향 및 사업방식에서 벗어나 도민체감형 재난안전정책을 수립하는 데에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
