독일의 방송자유 수용에 관한 연구 = 연방헌법재판소 판결분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed judicial cases of the Federal Constitutional Court about freedom of broadcasting in Germany. The important results of it are the following ; First of all, Federal Constitutional Court interprets that the freedom of broadcasting in the constitution means basically individual(subjective) liberty. But because of the special status of medium broadcasting is this liberty reserved, and institutional(objective) liberty is until the late 1970s accepted. Later, by changing of the environment of broadcasting is at the same time individual liberty accepted. On the other hand, material, organizational and legal instruments are necessary, in order to carry out institutional liberty. And in comparison Federal Constitutional Court interprets at least to make security of the program diversity by the individual liberty. And regarding to the situation of broadcasting, there is close relationship between the development of freedom of broadcasting and broadcasting system, which playas a Field of its realization.
