공급망관리의 혁신을 평가하기 위한 특허정보 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

특허문서는 발명의 성격과 기술발전의 방향을 기록한 것이다. 특허분석은 특허문서에 포함되어 있는 정보를 분석하는 통계적 기법이다. 본 연구에서는 공급망관리(supply chain management: SCM)의 연구개발을 조사하기 위해서 SCM 특허를 분석하였다. 1999년 1월 1일부터 2012년 12월 31일 사이에 등록된 120건의 SCM 특허를 특허청에서 운영중인 KIPRIS(Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information) 데이터베이스에서 추출하였다. 본 연구에서는 이들 SCM 특허를 대상으로 특허등록건수, 발명가 분석, 출원인 분석, 국제특허분류 코드를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 SCM 특허는 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 대부분의 SCM 특허들은 기업체에서 이루어 지며, 복수의 발명가들에 의해서 발명된 특허들이었다.

Patent documents record the nature of the invention and the direction of the technological development. Patent analysis refers to statistical techniques used to examine the information contained in a patent document. In this study, we assessed patents on supply chain management (SCM) to examine the research and development for SCM. The search time starts from January 1st, 1999 to December 31st, 2012. One hundred and twenty patents on SCM were collected from KIPRIS (Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information Service) database. The research analyzed patent counts, inventor analysis, assignees analysis, and International Patent Classification (IPC) analysis. The result of this study indicated that the number of patents is increasing continuously and most patents are invented by multiple inventors with corporation assignees.
