모험교육 경험이 초·중등교사들의 부서 조직에 끼치는 영향 = The Effects of an Adventure Education Experience on Team Development of K-12 Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 초？중등교사들이 모험교육의 경험을 통해 교사 부서 조직에 차이를 가져오는지를 조직 발전 조사목록(Team Development Inventory)의 요소들을 이용해 조사하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 61명의 초？중등교육 교사들이었으며, 이 중 29명은 통제 집단, 그리고 31명은 실험 처리 집단이었다. 결과는 실험 처치가 부서 조직에 유의미하게 작용했음을 보여준다, Wilks' lambda= 0.708, F(1, 59)= 7.84, p= .001. 사전 실험에서, 통제 집단과 실험 처치 집단들은 유의미한 차이를 보여주지 못했다, F(1, 59)= .001; p> .05, 사후 실험에서, 실험 처치 그룹은 유의미한 수준에서 높은 평균치를 보였으며, F(1, 59)= 8.07, p< .05, 이 후 추적 실험에서도 실험 처치 그룹은 높은 평균치를 보였다, F(1, 59)= 14.57, p< .05. 이를 바탕으로 모험 교육의 참여가 초？중등교육 교사들의 직장 내에서의 부서 조직을 강화하는 것으로 본 연구는 결론을 내렸다.
