교육정책 데이터베이스 시스템 구축 및 활용방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 교육정책연구 관련 정보를 통합적으로 가공, 저장하여 다양한 수요자가 필요에 따라 사용할 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하고 이를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이에 따라 지난 50년간 다양한 정부,연구 기관의 연구보고서 및 관련 학회 학술지, 교육단체 기관지 등을 통해 생성, 축적된 교육정책연구 자료들을 DB로 구축할 대상 정보로 선정해 수합하였다. 확보된 자료들은 대상별 영역과 기능별 영역으로 분류해 고유 코드를 부여하였고, 각 자료의 문서 정보와 개요 정보를 분석해 데이터 테이블에 입력하였다. 그 결과, 이 연구에서는 인터넷 환경에 최적화된 교육정책 DB 시스템을 구축하게 되었고, 향후 한국교육개발원 및 학교교육연구원의 홈페이지를 통하여 제공할 예정이다.
이 연구에서 구축된 교육정책연구 DB 시스템은 방대한 교육정책연구 결과물의 효율적인 이용은 물론 교육정책 수립의 효율성 제고와 교육정책연구의 활성화를 도모하는데 적극 활용될 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is aimed to suggest the way of the efficient application and construction of the data base system,which has been integrated processed and preserved with the related information to the educational political research, which can be used to various consumers as their demands. Thus, this has been researched and confirmed with the educational political resources and informations for the construction of the DB system based on the various journals and researches published by the government institutions, the related academic societies and the educational institutions for the last 50years. The definite reports have been classified by subjects and the functions named with the characteristic codes each, and also have been inputinto thedata tablewith the informational record sand the instructional resources of each research. As a result, it is constructed the appropriated educational political research DB system for the internet environment that could be supplied through the homepage of Korea Education Development Institute(KEDI) and Korea Research Institute for School Education(KoRISE). It is surely approached that the efficient uses of this research can be usefulto activate the development of the establishment of the educational policy and its research.
