With the development of aviation technology, it has diminished that the accident caused by the aircraft defect. The aircraft in air force is a very important war equipment and represents the strongest power, but as passing the hour, the accident caused by a human error has been increasing rather than a mechanical error.
Considering that 65% of whole accidents are caused by human error, the systematic and scientific safety management is needed. The human error is caused by the involved elements affecting the psychological and physical environment, like condition, task and device etc., causing not only individual error but also behavioral error and working on the engineer.
Therefore in this study, I will examine the inductive factors of aircraft maintenance error theoretically and than prove the factors affect the human error practically. I measured at 5 point degree index by dividing the human error factors into the environment nature, task nature, device nature, individual nature. The 250 questionnaires from the aircraft maintenance engineers were analyzed statistically by using the factor causing human error and correlation analysis, regression analysis among the human errors. As a result of analysis, the influence that each independence variation affect the subordination variance, human error, is identified meaningful statistically in 5% significant level, as device nature(β=-.1475), task nature(β=-.1320), environment nature (β=.1308), individual nature(β=.2806) and then all hypotheses are accepted.
In this study, what I want to emphasize is to improve the quality of maintenance through improvement of physical working environment and the working place design, the offer of protection equipment and the instruction and training of task and to prevent the human error.
