      In recent years, interest in welfare facilities for the elderly has increased, and it is necessary to understand the types of welfare facilities for the elderly in various aspects and to establish the direction of development. The purpose of this study is to examine the policies and cases of the elderly welfare facilities in Australia, which are becoming aging due to immigrants, and to examine the application directions to the welfare facilities for the elderly in the future. First, the policy and status of the welfare facilities for the elderly are examined. Second, the changes and current status of the elderly welfare facilities policy in Australia are examined.
