사무행정학과 학제 실용화 방안을 위한 정책제언

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find a plan for the development of office administration department of colleges to respond to future society such as the 4th industrial revolution and population structure. To this end, the study first confirmed the concept of office administration, and summarized the work scope and job skills of the office administration office in the national competency standard. In addition, in order to prepare a plan for the development of the department of office administration, this study analyzed the curriculum of the department of office administration in GyeongGi-Do and Incheon confirmed what identity the department of office administration should have in order to cope with the future society. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the curriculum of the Department of Office Administration was operated mainly on practical subjects, and it was found that education such as document work, meeting operation, and personnel management were provided. However, the competency required in the changing future society is to develop the ability to perform joint work, and this study suggested that data management, communication, and organizational conflict management are essential competencies as a new curriculum for responding to the future society. In addition, it was identified that it was necessary to change the national competency standard system and to seek a curriculum to respond to changes in the future society, and this was suggested in a policy.
