유치원 교원 평가를 위한 포트폴리오 모형 및 평가준거 개발 = A Portfolio Model and Assessment Criteria for Kindergarten Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유치원의 특수성을 반영하여 유치원 교원을 평가할 수 있는 포트폴리오 모형과 평가준거를 개발하는 것이다. 포트폴리오 모형 및 평가준거를 개발하기 위해서 첫째, 선행연구, 문헌 분석, 전문가 내용 타당도를 통한 포트폴리오 모형(안) 및 평가준거(안)을 구성하였다. 둘째, 포트폴리오 모형 및 평가준거에 대한 요구조사를 시행하였다. 셋째, 요구조사와 시행 결과에 근거하여 수정 후, 참여교사들과 전문가들의 내용검토를 통해서 최종 포트폴리오 모형 및 평가준거를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 유치원 교원 평가를 위한 포트폴리오 모형은 5개 목적, 필수와 선택영역으로 구성된 6개 영역 및 16개 내용, 기간, 절차, 평가자로 구성되어 있으며, 포트폴리오 평가준거는 모형에 근거하여 필수와 선택 영역으로 구분하였으며, 총 7개 평가영역, 20개 평가내용, 42개 평가준거로 구성하였다.
