국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 직무스트레스와 생활만족도의 관계에서 사회적 지원을 통한 직무만족의 ‘매개된 조절효과’를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국장애인고용공단 장애인고용패널조사의 3차자료에서 취업 임금근로자 1,148명을 대상으로, 직무스트레스, 사회적 지원, 직무만족, 생활만족도를 측정하였고, SPSS 18.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스가 직무만족을 통해서 생활만족도에 미치는 매개효과를 회귀분석을 통해 확인하였다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 사회적 지원이 상호작용하여 직무만족에 미치는 조절효과를 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 검증되었다. 셋째, SPSS Macro를 통해 매개된 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 직무스트레스가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 직무만족의 매개효과가 직무스트레스와 사회적 지원의 상호작용에 의해 증가되는 것으로 나타나 매개된 조절효과가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인복지에 대한 몇 가지 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

In this study, a research was held on verifying the ‘mediated moderating effect’ for job satisfaction through social support in the relation of job stress and life satisfaction. To accomplish this, job stress, social support, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction were measured from the panel participants of 1,148 employed workers who had participated in‘the 3rd Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled’ conducted by ‘Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled.’ The results were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 and SPSS Macro.
A summary of the results of this study is as follows. Firstly, the result of the mediated effect analysis with using the regression analysis shows that job stress has impacts on life satisfaction through job satisfaction. Secondly, the result of verifying the control effect through the hierarchical regression analysis shows that job stress and social support are interacted to give an effect on job satisfaction. Thirdly, the result of verifying the mediated moderating effect using SPSS Macro shows that the mediated moderating effect is existed as the mediated effect of job satisfaction on the effect of job stress on life satisfaction has increased by interaction of job stress and social support.
Based on this study, several implications and limitations are proposed for the welfare of the disabled.
