축제서비스품질 국내 연구동향 = Research Trend of Festival Service Quality in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has been conducted to examine a research trend of articles on festival service quality (FSQ) in Korea. Using ‘Discovery Solution’ search engine, it examined all journals and found 67 articles by searching the key words: ‘festival’ and ‘service quality.’ They were classified by the measurement factor for FSQ, dependent variable and mediator, analysis method and rejected hypothesis according to the 4 types of research model and descriptive statistic of the articles. It is not sure if they developed the adequate FSQ scales for korean festival. And considering rejected hypothesis, it was verified that the necessity to reexamine the widely accepted hypothesis: FSQ have influence to the behavior intentions directly or indirectly by satisfaction factors. The future research need to be applied in tourism industry such as an objective evaluation of excellence, investigations into characteristics of segmented group and improving experiments for FSQ etc. To develop this study, it is required comparative research with foreign trend as well as construction of more objective measurement.
