농어촌 지역 교육력 제고 방안에 관한 사례 연구 -순창군의 사례를 중심으로- = A Case study on the Policy for Improving the Level of Education in Rural Area -Focusing on the case of Sunchang County-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In spite of the development of local self-government, aggravation of socio-economical bipolarization threaten the life of rural area. To prevent the people-drain and revive the area, local governments have been interested in the educational renovation. Sunchang county established so called `Official Academy` by direct investment of local government and have been successful in college entrance exam. Main idea of this study is to analyse the Sunchang case and make effective educational policy to improving the educational level in rural area. In this study, literature survey, interview survey and delphi method are used. To make better circumstances for education, establish the network among concerned groups, specification of contents, individual support system could be the effective policies. Regarding the Official Academy, short-term policy which is concentrated only on college exam should be denied. Education as a common wealth should be emphasised to develop the educational and cultural level of whole area by utilizing these facilities.
