소방공무원의 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 직무내용의 조절효과를 중심으로 = The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Among Firefighters: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Job Content

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of job content on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention among firefighters. Given the urgent and hazardous nature of their work, firefighters' job satisfaction and turnover intention are significantly influenced by their unique work environment. A survey conducted nationwide collected data on job satisfaction, job content, and turnover intention. The findings indicate that higher job content reduces the impact of job satisfaction on turnover intention, highlighting the importance of enhancing job quality through diversity and autonomy. This study suggests organizational strategies to improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover, contributing to greater organizational stability and efficiency.
