The measurements of various bio-signals from the human inner body have been considered as an important issue in the medical research field. The implantable bio-signal measurement system has the advantage for providing the real-time data acquisitions or the electrical stimulations in the human body. In this paper, our developed transcutaneous bio-signal measurement system including the implantable flexible electrodes is introduced and the current status is presented. The measurement system is composed of an implantable measuring device and a base station which adopts the medical implant communication service (MICS) protocol. And the power of implantable measuring device is supplied from the base station through the inductive link between them. Also, the Poly imide (PI) based implantable flexible electrode has been designed and implemented for experiments. Through the experiment, it is verified that the data acquisition and MICS RF communication using the implemented devices work properly.
