헌법상 민간부문총기관리ᆞ감독의 의미와 미국의 민간부문총기관리ᆞ감독현황 및 시사점

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The nation in shock after a violent rampage left many people dead and the gunman dead. It is not the absence of a gun control law that causes accidental deaths. The government should restrict the sale and use of guns by establishing a gun control law. Explosive substances requires much effort for safety management because of the basically risk. The risk of explosives is increasing actually explosives accidents and crimes have been happened repeatedly and explosives used gunfire recently. A government spokesman said the government will take decisive action on gun control. Gun control in the U.S. has long been a very controversial topic with powerful pro-gun groups such as the NRA opposed to any laws that might ban guns. South Koreas basic legislation on the management of explosives is “guns, swords, explosives control Act” was enacted in 1961 as many amendments have been made. However, the Act has increased complexity gradually because of the technical expertise of explosives such as the development of new techniques. This study examines the historical background of Koreas explosives control and considers enactmentㆍamendments.
