국산 시험렌즈 세트의 실태조사

국문 초록 (Abstract)

굴절검사 과정에서 자각식 굴절검사를 실시하거나 처방도수를 최종적으로 확인하기 위해 사용되는 검안렌즈 세트의 국내 표준규격 및 품질관리가 미흡한 실정이므로, 실무에서 검안 렌즈를 사용하는 사람의 신뢰도를 조사하고 검안렌즈의 품질을 조사하여 외국의 규격과 비교 분석하여 적절한 규격을 제시하고자 한다. 검안렌즈 세트를 사용하는 안경사를 대상으로 신뢰도에 관한 설문조사를 실시하고, 국내에서 제조된 제품과 수입 제품을 5년 미만, 5년 ~10년 및 10년 이상 사용하고 있는 검안렌즈 세트를 5개씩 선정하여, 광학적 품질을 측정하여 국제규격 (ISO9801)과 비교 분석하였다. 사용 중인 검안렌즈의 신뢰도는 190명(80%)이 현재 사용하고 있는 검안렌즈의 굴절력이 정확하다고 신뢰하며 구입 후 한 번도 품질을 확인하지 않았다고 응답했으며, 226명(95%)이 검안렌즈를 사용할 때 일부 굴절력의 렌즈가 누락되어 불편하기 때문에 누락된 도수를 추가시켜야 한다고 응답했고, 231명(97%)이 한국 산업규격을 국제규격 수준으로 개정이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 실제 검안렌즈의 굴절력을 측정하여 국제규격을 적용했을 때, 마이너스 구면렌즈에서 130개(30.8%), 플러스 구면렌즈에서 84개(21.5%), 마이너스 원주렌즈에서 46개(30.7%) 및 플러스 원주렌즈에서 12개(8.0%)가 허용오차를 벗어난 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내에서 유통되는 국산 및 외산 검안렌즈세트의 품질을 강화하므로 국민의 안보건 향상과 정확한 시력검사를 통한 시기능 관리를 위해서는 한국 산업규격(KS P4402)을 국제규격에 적합하도록 조속히 개선시켜야 할 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In light of inadequate Korean standards and quality management for trial case lenses used in subjective refraction or checking the final power of glasses or lenses, so this study aims at introducing proper standards of trial case lenses through gathering those used in the market, estimating their optical quality and comparing them with the imported trial case lenses. For this purpose, the study conducted a questionnaire survey of optometrists using trial case lenses in their shops, and after selecting optician`s shops which were using domestic and imported trial case lenses and according to their using period of the lenses, 5 shops each with lenses younger than 5 years, 5-10 years and with older than 10 years, and their lenses were selected and collected, and then we made a comparative analysis with the International Standard(ISO 9801) by measuring the marked refractive power of the lenses and their actual one. As a result of the survey, more than 80% of respondents answered that they trust the optical quality of their trial case lenses, moreover they have never checked the consistency between the marked power and the actual power since they had bought them. Also, it was found that 95% of respondents felt inconvenient in refraction and need of supplement to some lenses not included in the trial case lenses in use. As a result of the measurement, the number of trial case lenses exceed the tolerance on power in ISO were 130 lenses(30.8%) of minus spherical power lenses, 84 lenses(21.5%) of plus spherical power lenses, 46 lenses(30.7%) of minus cylindrical power lenses and 12 lenses(8.0%) of plus spherical power lenses, respectively. Therefore in order to improve Korean people`s ocular health and help them to maintenance their visual functions properly by accurate subjective refraction through enhancing the quality of both domestic and imported trial lenses in the market, it is thought that one should improve Korean Industrial Standards(KS P4402) matching international standards as soon as possible.
