장애인의 스마트폰 수용의도에 관한 연구 : 스마트폰의 모바일케어서비스 제공 기능의 관점에서 = Study on the Intention of the Disabled to Accept Smartphones for Mobile Care Services

국문 초록 (Abstract)

스마트폰은 모바일케어서비스의 필수적인 도구이지만, 장애인 및 고령자들에게는 쉽게 접근하 기 어려운 대상이기도 하다. 본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 스마트폰 수용요인에 관하여 분석함으로 써, 스마트폰 보급률을 높이고 궁극적으로 모바일케어서비스를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 찾는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model)을 근거로 장애인의 스마트폰 수용요인을 찾아내고, 이들 요인에 대한 국내 장애인의 현황을 분석하며, 분석 결과에 따라 스마 트폰의 수용을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제시함으로써 궁극적으로 모바일케어서비스를 활성화하 고자 한다. 본 연구 결과, 국내 장애인의 경우에 스마트폰의 유용성과 사용용이성에 대한 지각은 긍정적이나, 비용에 대하여서는 부정적인 것으로 조사되었으며, 특히 모바일케어서비스 도구로 서의 스마트폰의 유용성에 대한 지각이 부정적인 것으로 조사되었다. 이에 따라 모바일케어서비 스의 유용성에 대한 홍보, 스마트폰의 사용용이성 개선을 위한 노력, 스마트폰의 사용에 수반되 는 비용을 지원하기 위한 제도 마련 등이 시급한 것으로 판단된다.

Smartphones are difficult technical devices for the disabled to use as well as the necessary tools for delivering mobile care services to them. The purpose of this research lies in the analysis of the disabled people's intention to accept smartphones to find ways of improving smartphone utilization and activating mobile care services. We used TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) to find accepting factors of smartphones and analyzed current status of the disabled in Korea on these factors. From this research, we found that the disabled are positive on the factors of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of smartphones, but are negative on the perceived cost. We suggest to develop policies to publicize the usefulness and to improve the ease of use of smartphones, and to support the disabled people's smartphone uses.
