Effect of Body Action Therapy to the Treatment of Acute Low Back Injury

국문 초록 (Abstract)

Body Action Therapy가 급성허리손상에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 서울에 소재하고 있는 A병원과 K병원 에서 급성 허리손상 진단을 받은 54명을 Body Action Therapry(치료군)군과 Massage Therapy(비교군)군으로 나누 어 치료군은 Body Action Therapy로 치료하고 비교군군은 Massage Therapy로 치료를 실시하였다. 치료군과 비교군 은 매일 1회씩 3일을 한 개 치료코스로 치료를 실시한 결과 치료군의 치유율은 78.6%이고 유효율은 100%였으며 비교군 의 치유율은 53.9%이고 유효율은 92.3%로 분석 되었다. 결론적으로 급성 허리손상에 긍정적인 효과를 주는 Body Action Therapy이 연조직의 경련을 해소하고 혈액순환을 가속화하여 임상증상을 신속하게 치유하는 것으로 분석되었 으며 동시에 장골을 바로잡아주고 허리의 내평형 상태를 회복하여 재발을 막아주는 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To investigate the effects of body action therapy on acute low back injury, 54 patients who were diagnosed with acute low back injury at A and K hospitals located in Seoul were classified as ‘body action therapy (treatment group)’ group and ‘massage therapy (comparison group)’ group. In the treatment and comparison groups, treatment was performed once daily for 3 days as a set according to the result, it was analyzed that the treatment rate of the treatment group was 78.6% whereas as its effective rate was 100%. On the other hand, the comparison group showed 53.9% of treatment rate and 92.3% of the effective rate. In conclusion, body action therapy, which has a positive effect on acute low back injury, was found to relieve convulsion of soft tissues and accelerate blood circulation to rapidly heal clinical symptoms. At the same time, it was analyzed to have the effect of preventing recurrence of acute low back injury by correcting ilium and recovering internal balance of the low back.
