피해 대상자에 따른 유아의 사죄행동, 죄책감, 대인감정이해에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대인갈등상황에서 유아의 도덕적 대응이 ‘상황 중심적 대응’인지, 아니면 ‘피해자 중심적 대응’인지를 규명하는데 있다. 연구 대상자는 4, 5세 유아 403명이며, 이들을 대상으로 면접 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과, 유아는 대인갈등상황에서 발생하는 문제를 해결하기 위한 도덕적 대응의 전략이 피해자에 따라 달라지는 것이 아니라, 문제 상황에 맞게 가해자로서 사죄행동의 표현, 죄책감의 인식, 대인감정의 이해를 하는 ‘상황 중심적 대응’을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 사실은 보육장면에서 발생하는 또래 간의 갈등상황에서 유아들은 상황에 맞는 적절한 도덕적 대응능력을 갖고 있음을 말해주고 있다고 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine whether preschoolers" moral reactions are situation-oriented or victim-oriented. Interviews were conducted with 403 preschoolers, aged between four to five years of age. The interviews enabled the moral reaction of preschoolers to solve problems caused from situations of interpersonal conflict. Findings from this research indicate that preschoolers rely more on situation-oriented reactions rather than victim-oriented reactions. The reaction of preschoolers experiencing situations of interpersonal conflict includes apologetic behavior, cognition of guilty feelings and understanding of others" feelings, depending on the situation. This result shows that preschoolers have the ability to react appropriately towards conflict which occurs during daycare.
