척추측만증과 천식, 기관지확장증이 있는 25세 여성의 비만치료 = Obesity treatment for a 25-year-old woman with severe scoliosis, asthma, and bronchiectasis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

비만은 만성질환을 악화시키거나 유발하며, 한편으로는 만성질환이 비만을 유발하거나 악화시킬 수 있다. 본 증례에서는 재발성 폐렴과 천식, 기관지확장증, 심한 척추측만증 등 비만치료를 방해하는 만성질환을 가진 25세 여성에서 맞춤 운동치료와 식사요법, 약물치료를 통해 비만을 치료하였으며, 치료 후 체력과 폐기능이 호전되었으며 천식과 폐렴재발이 감소하였다.
