관광전공 대학생의 교육가치가 교육서비스 품질 및 지각된 가치와 만족, 진로포부에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내에 소재하고 있는 관광학 전공 대학생을 대상으로 교육가치가 교육서비스품질과 지각된 가치에 대하여 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 교육 서비스품질이지각된 가치와 지각된 가치가 학과 만족 및 학과 만족은 진로포부에 대하여 어떠한영향을 미치고 있는 지를 실증적으로 분석하는 연구이다. 이를 위하여 2013년 5월 20일부터 6월 16일까지 서울, 강원, 충청, 대구, 전라, 제주, 부산 지역에 소재하고 있는 8개 대학의 관광전공 학생들을 대상으로 1,000부의설문을 배포하여 991부의 설문을 회수하였다. 이 설문 중에서 불성실한 설문 36부를제외한 후, 최종분석에는 모두 955부가 이용되었다. 그리고 분석은 SPSS 21.0 통계패키지가 활용되었으며, 분석은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 그리고 회귀분석이실시되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육가치는 교육 서비스품질과 지각된 가치에 대해서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질은 기각된 가치에 대해서 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 지각된 가치는 학과 만족에 대해서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 학과 만족은 진로포부에 대해서 강한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at practically analyzing the effects of educational values of studentsmajoring in tourism at local colleges on the quality of education service and perceivedvalue, the effects of the quality of education service on perceived value, the effects ofperceived value on students' satisfaction with their major and the effects of satisfaction ontheir future plan. To this end, a survey was conducted during the period of May 20 - June16, 2013 on one thousand students majoring in tourism at eight local colleges in Seoul,Gangwon, Chungcheong, Daegu, Jeolla, Jeju and Busan and of them 991 responses werecollected. A total of 955 responses were used in the final analysis except insufficient 36responses. SPSS 21.0 statistics package was utilized and various analysis methods such asfrequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis wereemployed. The results of this study are as follows; First, educational value has ameaningful effect on the quality of education service and perceived value. Second, thequality of education service has a meaningful influence on perceived value and perceivedvalue on the satisfaction with students' major. Third, it is found that the level of students'satisfaction with their major affects strongly on their future plan.
