청소년이 지각한 부모, 또래, 교사 애착이 진로태도 성숙에 미치는 영향 : 긍정 심리자본 매개효과 = Adolescents' Perceived Attachment to Parents, Peers, and Teachers Effects on Career Attitude Maturity -Mediation effect of positive psychological capital-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 청소년이 지각한 부모, 또래, 교사 애착이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구목적을 위해 경상북도 K시에 위치한 A, B 중학교 학생 213명을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하였다.
수집된 자료들은 연구를 위하여 빈도 및 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석을 하였으며 변인들 간의 관계 확인을 위한 Pearson의 상관분석(Correlation Analysks)을 실시하였다. 또한 매개효과 검증을 위해 다중회귀분석(입력방식)을 실시하였으며 bootstrapping을 통하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다.
연구의 결과는 다음과 같으며 첫째, 부모, 또래, 교사 애착, 진로태도성숙, 긍정심리자본은 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 청소년이 지각한 부모, 또래, 교사 애착과 긍정심리자본이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향력은 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년이 지각한 부모, 또래, 교사 애착이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본은 직접, 간접적으로 영향을 미치며 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 즉 부모, 또래, 교사 애착과 진로태도성숙 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 매개변인으로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 검증할 수 있었다. 이에 청소년의 진로태도성숙을 높이기 위해서는 부모, 또래, 교사애착 증진 및 긍정심리자본을 촉진하는 개입의 필요성이 제기된다. 따라서 본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 부모, 또래, 교사 애착과 긍정심리자본이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 구조적 관계를 밝힘으로 진로와 관련된 상담 및 지도, 프로그램 개발 등을 위한 진로태도성숙 증진의 접근방안과 지원이 요구된다는 것에 의의가 있다.

In this study, the mediating effect of positive psychological capital was verified in the influence of adolescents' perceived attachment to parents, peers, and teachers on career attitude maturity. For the purpose of the study, questionnaire data were collected from 213 students of A and B middle schools located in K-city, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
For the collected data, frequency and reliability analysis and descriptive statistical analysis were conducted for the study, and Pearson's Correlation Analyzes were conducted to confirm the relationship between variables. In addition, multiple regression analysis (input method) was conducted to verify the mediating effect, and the significance of the mediating effect was verified through bootstrapping.
The results of the study are as follows. First, parents, peers, teacher attachment, career attitude maturity, and positive psychological capital showed significant correlations. Second, the influence of adolescents' perceived attachment to parents, peers, and teachers and positive psychological capital on career attitude maturity was found to be significant. Third, in the effect of adolescents' perceived attachment to parents, peers, and teachers on career attitude maturity, positive psychological capital directly and indirectly affects and confirms a partial mediating effect. In other words, it was verified that positive psychological capital had a positive effect as a mediating variable in the relationship between parental, peer, and teacher attachment and career attitude maturity. Therefore, in order to increase the career attitude maturity of adolescents, the need for intervention to promote attachment to parents, peers, and teachers and to promote positive psychological capital is raised. Therefore, this study reveals the structural relationship between adolescents' perceived parental, peer, and teacher attachment and positive psychological capital on career attitude maturation, and approaches and support for career attitude maturation promotion for career-related counseling, guidance, and program development. It is significant that this is required.
