Warm mix asphalt (WMA) is enable to reduce the mixing temperature of asphalt concrete by 20 to 30 degrees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of air void for Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) and porous asphalt mixture. Based on this study, it was found that warm mix SMA could not reduce 30°C of mixing and compaction temperatures to meet design-air void criterion compared to those of typical hot mix asphalt mixtures whereas the warm mix SMA pavement can only reduce 20°C of the temperatures. SMA 13 mm was found to have a grater decrease in air void due to temperature change than SMA 10 mm. In porous mixture, WMA was found to be more sensitive than none additve mixture
