      The purpose of this study was to provide date of injury precaution of high school baseball player and decision of pitching motion through above these experiment, difference of muscular strength ratio in shoulder joint isokinetic that external and internal rotator of high school baseball players by pitcher and fielder. This research was being progressed by 30 baseball players of high school that is registered on KBA and divided into two groups which were 15 fielders and 15 pitchers. There were playing for more than 7 years in the field and the experiment of this study was to test muscular strength, muscular power and muscular strength ratio of internal and external rotators at isokinetic shoulder joint. First, It is significantly difference peak toque and peak toque % body weight of external rotators at 90˚/sec isokinetic shoulder joint of pitcher and fielder(p<.01). Second, It is significantly difference peak toque and peak toque % body weight of external rotators at 180˚/sec isokinetic shoulder joint of pitcher and fielder(p<.05). It is significantly difference muscular power at internal rotators of pitcher and fielder(p<.05). Third, It is significantly difference muscular strength ratio of external rotators and internal rotators at 90˚/sec isokinetic shoulder joint of pitcher and fielder(p<.05). It is no significantly difference muscular strength ratio of external rotators and internal rotators at 180˚/sec isokinetic shoulder joint of pitcher and fielder. We came to the conclusion that fielder showed higher than pitcher at external rotators of shoulder joint. the pitchers are need to set a pitch form for set up systematic a data of shoulder joint and improve the quantity of pitcher muscles and continuous icing operation after an pitching would an positive effect on improve the return of exhaustion of shoulder joint. It is necessary to changing recognition about number of pitches of field coach than number of pitches restriction and inning of pitches restriction.
