      This study is investigated in order to know the change of MDA which is antioxidant enzyme that can modulate the free radical in VT-20%VO2max, VT, VT+10%VO2max exercise intensity after controlled the energy expenditure exactly the same. In order to know the effect on the change of MDA according to blood-gathering time in each exercise intensity. The 13 subjects who majored in gymnastic of I college in Incheon is operates a load test using treadmill. After analyze the blood-gathering in rest time, immediately after exercise, recovery time 30min, recovery time 60min, we got the conclusion like below; 1. MDA don`t reveal the significant difference in case same energy expenditure in each exercise intensity. 2. Immediately after exercise, MDA reveal the significant difference according to blood-gathering time(p<.05). 3. MDA reveal no interaction with exercise intensity and blood-gathering time. But the change of MDA have a individual difference so continual and various study in related field is needed.
