According to the voting theory of advanced industrial countries, labor union as well as race, religion, economic status has some influence on the direction of voting decisions. The research question of this paper is whether Korean labor unions' family members show some influence on candidate feeling thermometer. a cognition of candidate personal quality, a cognition of policy issues argued by candidates, partisanship, and finally suggests a different voting behavior from general Korean voter in the direction of Congerssional voting decisions in the case of Changwon-Eul district. Research methods for this paper are cross-tabulation, association analysis, t-test, multi-nominal logit analysis. The research finding is that Korean labor unions' family member as well as regionalism, age, gender has some significant influence on the direction of Congressional voting decisions in the case of Changwon-Eul district.
