      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Soft tissue facial lacerations are the most common type of injuries, and vary from simple contusion to massive avulsing type lacerations with complete loss of tissue. Managing the facial injury by the phusician up to the time of establishing definitive diagnosis and starting treatment.
Best to assume that in ever injured face, major life-threatening problems exist. These relate primarily to airway, bleeding, other problems associated diagnosis.
then and only then does the repair of facial laceration, up to 24 hours, with proper dressing and administration of appropriate antibio??s and the final aesthetic result is not Jeopardized.
As in all facial injuries one must keep in mind the psychologic impact that such injuries may have ypon the patient and his family. During the recovery period, when the patient realizes that he will not die as the result of his injury, irregular facial scars and distorted facial features, secondary to avulsion of major facial structures, may make the patients outlook on life difficult and at times unbearable.
I write this paper about basic emergency care, local management of facial lacerations, for wished that a little taken aty the original repair may help to avert some of these patients problems.
