      Outsourcing is business renovation technique which is well known to everybody recently in Korea hotel enterprises. If harmony of policy side and business administration side about outsourcing in hotel, induces very effective results that a higher opportunity cost, outsourcing market is being fix as industry which specialized and growing up. But because of outsourcing market is not puberty in hotel industry in Korea, only type of profit-center and spin-off outsourcing is operating, specified hotel don't carry out lonely as hazard of improvement to advanced type of outsourcing at present. therefore type of strategic alliance outsourcing is proposal that more effective and less operating hazard at present, also is method that possible market occupancy preferentially. If hotel wants to more advanced outsourcing, This type will offer to success possibility and safety of operation.
      Outsourcing is not business administration technique at present, but renovated technique which required to planning step by step. It needs to detail strategic decision-making and structure model at the same time from level of core competence strategy to standardization and manual of detail job performance process of each organization in administration practice. therefore strategic planning formulation is most important to result to successful outsourcing.
      In aspect of manpower in outsourcing, in purpose of simple cost reduction through manpower reduction will be opposed from many members in hotel. But if top managements don't carry out in focus of cost reduction through manpower reduction, in focus of specialized ability development of hotel members in long-term which based on development alternatives of type of co-sourcing or network outsourcing in the future, more effective results will come true.
