Super-linear luminescences of CuⅠcrystal under high density excitation by an N₂-laser of about 10 kw power or by a pulsed electron beam from a Febetron, model 706 have been studied at 8 K. A super-linear luminescence band, which is called M and is attributed to the radiative decay of the excitonic molecule, is not found in CuⅠcrystal. Instead, Super-linear emission bands have been found which are considered to arise from the following interaction between two excitons:
