생활체육지도자의 사회적 신뢰와 일헌신도의 관계 = The Relationship between Work Commitment and Social Trust of Leisure Sport Instructors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigation work commitment and social trust of leisure sport of instructors. The sample was drawn 319 leisure sports of instructors who were working for fitness center in Seoul city using a stratified cluster random sampling method. Data were collected through the questionnaire.. The one-way analysis of variance and standard multiple regression analysis were the adapted statistical analysis methods to analysis the collected data. Each hypothesis was tested at the significant level of .05. Based upon the result of the study, the following conclusions were drawn as follows;
Firstly, there is a significant differences in the relationship between work commitment and social trust and socio-demographic characteristics requisite of leisure sports instructors.
Secondly, the social trust of leisure sports of instructors are significant influence on the work commitment.
