주거형 제2종지구단위계획의 부문별 계획기준에 관한 사례분석 연구

The Second District Unit Plan was introduced by the revised Urban Planning Law in 2003. However, it has not suggested how to carry out synthetically or specifically with Sustainable Development aspect. And hardly reflected on it for the concept of Sustainable Development. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the planning guideline of the Residential Type of the Second District Unit Plan.
The methodologies for this study are as follows: First, literature review which was related to the Second District Unit Plan and Sustainable Development was examined. Second, this research was conducted case study in the second district unit plan area. Third, the study investigated the important factor and factor of important priority through the survey of expert.
The results of this study showed that the most influential factors on Land Use Plan were 'land use efficiency', 'land distribution' etc. And in Infrastructure Facilities Plan, 'disposal facilities', 'other facilities' and 'sustainability' were the most important factors. In Block and lots Plan, 'transfer system' and 'the use of natural elements' were the most important factors. In transportation Plan, 'traffic network plan', 'the installation of a sidewalk' and 'transfer system' were the most important factors. In Scene Plan, 'roof type and rooftop plan', 'color of structures', 'scenary plan' and 'sustainability' were the most important factors. And finally in Environment Plan, 'nature green space', 'noise shelter and ecosystem preservation' and 'the use of natural elements' were the most important factors.
