북아트를 통한 통합적 독서교육 방법 -중학교 1학년을 중심으로- = Integrated Reading Education Methods through Book Arts

The purpose of this study, accordingly, is to suggest integrated reading education methods through book arts that can induce interests in reading of students by developing a teaching model of book arts expression activities, a kind of integrated reading education methods, and looking into its effects. The evaluation and analysis results of the teaching products are as follows: Firstly, it turned out that the teaching model of book arts expression activities has a great effect on the inducement of reading interest. Secondly, it proved that the teaching model gives a positive change to the reading attitude of students. Thirdly, it was demonstrated that book arts expression activities attract interests to students as a new integrated reading education model. Fourthly, book arts expression activities were verified to be effective in stirring up reading interest, raising ability for understanding themes, and also improving creativity and thinking power.
