The unmanned system is realized gradual1y due to rapidly developing of the automated Harbor loading and unloading system. The algorithm which automatically diagnosis the device that partly forms the crane motor, brake and sensor etc and system has been researched. However, our research not only diagnosis the existing crane composition system, but a1so proposes the Safety Diagnosis System Model in the system level. The proposed Model adopted the system risk level that indicates the risk level of container crane failure factors and suggests the diagnosis and rough situation handle in accordance with each level. Our model proposes the comprehensive and objective decision for the crane operator in occurring of container loading and unloading risk, furthermore the system will be essential for risk situation operation decision and handle in further unmanned system.
