자기결정성이론에 근거한 스포츠 지도자동기 검사지 개발과 타당화 검증

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 스포츠 지도자들의 지도자동기를 측정할 수 있는 질문지를 개발하고 질문지에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증 받아 스포츠 지도자동기 질문지를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 선행문헌 및 김미선, 허정훈(2012) 등의 스포츠 지도자의 코칭지속 동기 요인을 검토한 자료를 토대로 초기 76문항으로 1차 예비판이 제작되었다. 그 후, 내용타당도와 안면타당도 등의 검사 절차를 거쳐 57문항으로 질문 문항을 축소하고, 여러번의 검증과 분석을 반복한 끝에 총 6개(외적조절, 내사조절, 동일시조절, 통합조절, 내적동기, 무동기)요인 39문항 5점 척도의 스포츠 지도자동기 검사지가 제작되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop the instrument that can measure a motivation of sport coaches and sport-coach motivation questionnaire through the verification of reliability and propriety. The first preliminary version was created with 76 items based on following item analysis and raw data to study on the motivation for continuation of coaches(Kim and Huh, 2012). The number of items was contracted to 57 by making reference to contents validity and face validity, as the result of check factor analysis for an exploratory factor analysis, the sports-coaching motivation questionnaire of five-point scale were established with 6 factors (external regulation, introjected regulation, identified regulation, integrated regulation, intrinsic regulation and amotivational) including 39 items.
