The type of 'Accompanying Education Program' developed in this study is aiming at the growth of babies and infants with the emotional sense of security through the connection between time and space that mother, babies and infants share. Thus, the development type of this 'accompanying education program' is the type taken out on the basis of the feature of emotional development of babies and infants. The development type of this 'accompanying education program' is the program which is calling the accompanying role of mother' into question, as mothers are failing to perform their role right for babies and infants in the existing programs related to babies and infants now. As for the core of this study, this researcher made the program to be able to manage the development type of 'accompanying education program' centering around the relation between the accompanying time that mothers share with babies and infants and the accompanying space by connecting the time that mothers share with babies and infants with house, baby kindergarten, and playground etc. In other words, this researcher prescribed the feature with the program to be able to manage centering around accompanying time and space. But, in this case, this researcher made the development type of 'accompanying education program' centering around 6 kinds out of the emotion development of babies and infants as pointed out above. First is the type of 'program of course from shying of stranges to not shying of strangers'. This program is the program to enable babies and infants to have much time to associate with pears, as mothers make the space to enable babies and infants to meet many babies and infants who grew up at mutually different homes. This is the program that babies and infants to perform this program may associate with others well naturally and that they get to learn natural facing with quite different people, as the time to be accompanied with mother increases though they meet quite different people. Second is the type of 'program of change course from the only love toward other to the love toward generals'. This program is the program to convince babies and infants of the fact that mothers, babies and infants accompany together in any place for complete love relation by getting out incomplete relation, so that they have belief about it. Third is the type of 'program of course from being obstinate to not being obstinate. This is the program to enable babies and infants than the children in other period to experience the life in group as mothers are frequently accompanied with them at the time when many babies and infants of peer gather by using the space of community, especially, the space like playground. Fourth is the type of 'program of the course from refusing to be alone from mothers to acception this'. This program is the program to enable them to feel the sense of security with mothers and have diverse interests. Fifth is the type of 'program of course from refusing the space where there are not mothers to accepting this. This program is the program to enable them to recognize them as the individuals to have individuality gradually by distinguishing themselves from others. This is the program to enable them to recognize the value about themselves and the self-concept by the feedback in the social interaction with the surrounding people of various types, as they are in the period when they start to form the affirmative or negative concept about themselves. Sixth is the type of 'program of course to enable them to get out of the fear and dread about surrounding environment. This program is the program to enable babies and infants to experience to become brave, so that they may get out of fear fast. So as to manage above 6 kinds of development types of 'accompanying education program', this researcher made into modeling as new space by connecting various spaces that mothers, babies and infants may share together.
