      The results were summarized as follows (A study on the Regulation for Maintenance Repair and Preservation of the Building equipments)
      The life of building equipment which take charge of essential capacity to supply a building with lighting water service and air conditioning, is short compare with building life, so it have to enforced appropriately repair and preservation according to the contents year of building equipment.
      This study announce regulation model using a chart in analysis of a factor take changed because must distinguish with accuracy decision of the object of inspection in building equipment, items of contents and a cycle.
