노인복지관 이용자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 = A study of the factor affecting satisfaction of Senior Welfare Center users.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인복지관 이용자의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 노인복지관 운영의 내실화를 도모하고 이용자들의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 실천적이고 정책적인 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 이용기간, 이용자 간의 관계 정도, 그리고 노인복지관 시설환경수준, 관리운영수준, 직원과의 관계, 프로그램의 품질이 노인복지관 이용자만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하였다.
자료수집은 김해지역의 노인복지관 프로그램을 수강하는 만 60세 이상 노인을 대상으로 하였으며, 김해시노인종합복지관과 김해시동부노인종합복지관에서 250부를 배부하여 210부의 설문지가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 연구대상자의 인구사회학적 특성과 이용관련 특성을 파악하기 위해 기술통계기법을 활용하였고, 변수들 간의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 단순상관관계분석을 활용하였다. 또한 6개의 연구가설의 검증을 위해서 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 6개의 독립변수들 중에서는 직원과의 관계, 시설환경수준, 프로그램의 품질이 이용자만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 독립변수들 가운데 직원과의 관계가 노인복지관 이용자만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 직원들이 친절하고 다가가기 편할수록 더 많은 소통을 하게 되고 그 속에서 다양한 의견과 정보를 공유하게 된다. 이러한 정보교환의 과정에서 직원들은 친절함을 잃지 않고 정확한 정보를 전달할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 직원의 사기를 진작시키고 업무의 지속성을 높이기 위해서는 직원들마다 최대한 본인의 적성이나 전문분야에 맞는 업무를 배정할 수 있도록 하여 각 분야의 전문가로써의 자질을 키워야 한다.
다음으로 음으로 시설환경수준이 노인복지관 이용자만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 실제 노인복지관을 이용하는 노인들은 냉․난방기구의 사용에 민감하게 반응하고 시설물이나 복지관 주위 환경에 대해 문제가 발생되면 즉각적으로 직원에게 알려 개선을 요구하는 경우가 많으며, 시설물 사용에 대한 주인의식이 부족한 경우가 많다. 시설환경의 유지를 위해서 복지관 자체인력으로 시설물이나 주위환경에 대한 관리를 주기적으로 실시하는 것도 중요하지만 무엇보다 중요한 것은 노인복지관 이용 노인에게 시설물의 이용에 대한 올바른 사용방법을 안내하고 자율적 이용이 가능한 시설물의 경우 노인복지관 이용노인 중에서 자원봉사를 배치하여 노인복지관 시설물에 대한 주인의식을 함양하는 것이 필요할 것이다.
뿐만 아니라 노인복지관은 서비스 제공과 프로그램 운영에 있어 이용자의 욕구를 가장 잘 반영하여야 하며, 급변하는 인구사회학적 변화에 긴밀하게 대응하고 이를 위해서는 정기적 또는 비정기적으로 이용자의 욕구조사와 만족도 파악을 실시하여야 할 것이다. 또한 프로그램 운영을 위한 공간이 부족하다면 야외 프로그램의 운영과 다양한 외부자원과의 연계를 통한 프로그램 진행 등의 다양한 시도가 필요하다. 이러한 시도는 실천적 측면뿐만 아니라 정책적 측면에서도 뒷받침되어야 한다. 현재의 노인들은 스마트폰 및 인터넷 사용을 통해 다양한 정보나 문화콘텐츠를 접하면서 문화욕구 수준 또한 높아지고 다양화되고 있다. 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위해서는 노인복지관의 최초 기자재 구입에 노인복지분야 실천전문가들이 함께 참여하여 프로그램 및 복지관 운영에 필요한 기자재를 구비할 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 우수한 강사를 채용하고 강사의 지속성을 높이기 위해서는 충분한 보상이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Abstract

This research is focused on identifying about effect for visitor's satisfaction of Senior Welfare Center and seeks and it is trying to suggest practical, political way to improve visitor's satisfaction. And through this, it seeks substantiality when it comes to management of Seniors Welfare Center. In detail, There are several things such as term of use, relation among visitors, quality of facility, quality of management, relation with staff members and quality of programs, I tried to identify how they affect visitor's satisfaction.
Collecting information was made progress by people who is older than 60 and attendee of class of senior Welfare Center, 250 questionnaires were distributed at Kimhae senior Welfare Center and Kimhae east-senior Welfare Center and about 210 used for final analyzation. Descriptive statistics technique was used to identify participant's sociodemographicfeature, simple correlation analysis was used to analyze correlation among variables. Multiple regression analysis was used to verify for six research hypothesis as well. It appears that relation with staff members, quality of facility and quality of programs affect statistically satisfaction of users among six independent variables.
Main results of this research is like this. It appears that relation with staff members affects satisfaction of users among independent variables.
Much more sharing occurs for opinion and information when staff members are more kind and accessible.
Staff members have to communicate accurate information when it comes to process of information exchange.
Also, facility have to improve staff members' quality and give proper work for them when it comes to their aptitude or field of expertise to encourage and to enhance durability of work.
Next, It appears that quality of facility affect satisfaction of users. Actually, old people who use senior Welfare Center are sensitive for using air conditioner with heater, they often ask improving when some problems happen with facility or surrounding environment of center. It is important to manage regularly facilities or surrounding environment of center by staff members, but most important thing is that center guides users about proper way to use facility, center have to educate owner spirit to users for facility which can be used by themselves with appointing the person in charge from users.
Besides, senior Welfare Center have to reflect users' desire when it comes to providing service and management of programs, It will have to survey for users' desire and identify satisfaction on either a regular or occasional basis to have close action for rapid change of sociodemographic change.
Also, if there are not space enough to manage programs, center have to try various things with outdoor programs and connection with various outside resources. Like this try have to be supported from not only practical side but also political side.
Current old people are getting high and various cultural desire thorough using smart-phone and internet which gives various information and cultural contents for them. Center have to support that practical experts take part in the first purchase for equipment and programs to act for these changes, Center have to give proper compensation for instructor to hire outstanding instructor with durability.
