장애 대학생용 취업준비도검사 타당화 연구 = A Validation Study of Career Preparation Test for the College Students with Disabilities

This study was performed to validate the career preparation test for students with disabilities that was made to help college students with disabilities in their job preparation and career education and counseling settings. College students with disabilities have unique characteristics and needs, which are separated from students without disabilities, therefore, it is significant to identify their needs and to utilize them in career counseling. We added questions concerning disabilities to the career preparation test which was already developed for general college students. Finally, 24 questions were added through pre-test and an expert consultation, and the test was performed by 72 college students with disabilities who are studying at colleges in Seoul and the capital regions. The results showed that the reliability for each scale of the test varied from .84 to .96. In case of validity, almost correlations between sub factors in the same scale were positive correlations, however, there were negative correlations between the scales of career searching and career decision-making, and decision-making and career preparation activities. Construct validity via confirmatory factor analysis showed satisfactory goodness of fits for the model. These facts told us the test had a good technical adequacy, and it enables us to utilize the criterion for the disability group. Limitations and implications for the research and practices were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 우리나라 장애 대학생들의 취업준비 및 진로교육․상담 장면에 도움을 주기 위한 장애 대학생용 취업준비도검사의 타당화를 실시하였다. 장애 대학생의 경우 취업준비에 있어 비장애 대학생과는 차별화되는 독특한 특징과 요구를 가지며, 이러한 특성을 적절한 시기에 파악하여 진로상담 및 교육에 활용하는 일은 중요하다. 이를 위하여 기존에 개발된 대학생 취업준비도검사를 기반으로 장애 관련 문항을 추가로 제작하여 타당화를 실시하였다. 예비검사 및 전문가 자문을 거쳐 부적합 문항을 제거한 후 최종적으로 24문항을 추가하였고, 수도권 대학에 재학 중인 72명의 장애를 지닌 대학생들을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 하위 척도별 신뢰도는 .84에서 .96까지 분포하였고, 타당도의 경우 하위 구인 간 상관은 대체로 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 양의 상관을 보였으나, 진로탐색과 진로의사결정, 그리고 진로의사결정과 취업준비행동 간에는 부적 상관을 보였다. 확인적 요인분석을 통해 구인타당도를 살펴본 결과 전반적으로 양호한 수준의 모형 적합을 보여주었다. 이를 통하여 장애 대학생용 취업준비도검사의 측정학적 적합성이 확인되었으며 향후 진로상담 및 장애 대학생의 진로 탐색과정에 있어 장애 대학생 집단을 대상으로 하는 규준을 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 본 연구결과가 장애 대학생의 진로상담 및 교육에 주는 시사점과 향후 연구 과제 등이 논의되었다.
