불교무형문화유산 아카이브 구축을 위한 과제 = A Study on the Establishment of the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage Archieves

This discussion proposes the Buddhist intangible cultural heritage archives for the complex use of Buddhist intangible cultural heritage, and discusses tasks related to the construction of it.
The Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage has the religious characteristics of Buddhism and the public goods characteristics of traditional culture, and Buddhist culture is a process of social integration. The process of establishing the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage DB should also be constructed in the direction of spreading its value as a product of industry.
The success or failure of a project that systematically classifies and organizes data that has undergone research on Buddhist intangible cultural heritage and serves many people depends on the systematic management of big data produced as a result of the project. Plans and systems for systematic management of data should be designed at the project planning stage.
n order to establish the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage DB, the value contained in the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage must first be realized in three dimensions. The digital DB of Buddhist intangible cultural heritage will be data for preservation and utilization in preparation for various situations. Through this discussion, I would like to consider standardized DB construction plans and strategies for each step. Based on this, we intend to derive tasks for the establishment of the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives in the future.
First, the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives DB should be established as a relational database.
Second, the complex original information of the <the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives> should be standardized and established as linked -open-data.
Third, the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives must provide an open API to provide open data.
In this discussion, the task for the establishment of the <the Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage Archive>, which contains the results of the investigation of Buddhist Intangible Cultural Heritage, was presented. It is hoped that this discussion will spread the value of Buddhist intangible cultural heritage and serve as a stepping stone for the transmission and complex use of intangible heritage.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논의는 불교무형문화유산의 복합적인 활용을 위해 불교무형문화유산 아카이브를 제안하고, 이를 구축하는데 관련한 과제를 논의한다.
불교무형문화유산은 불교라는 종교적 특징과 전통문화라는 공공재적 특징을 함께 가지고 있으며, 불교문화는 사회통합의 과정이다. 불교무형문화유산 DB구축의과정 또한 공업(共業)의 산물로 그 가치를 확산하는 방향으로 구축되어야 한다.
불교무형문화유산의 조사 작업을 거친 데이터를 체계적으로 분류, 정리하여 많은 사람들에게 서비스하는 사업의 성패는 사업의 결과물로 생산된 빅데이터의 체계적인 관리에 달려있다. 사업의 기획 단계에서 데이터의 체계적 관리를 위한 방안과시스템을 설계해야 한다.
불교무형문화유산 DB 구축을 위해서는 먼저 불교무형문화유산에 담긴 가치를입체적으로 구현해야 한다. 불교무형문화유산의 디지털 DB는 다양한 상황에 대비해 보존과 활용을 위한 자료가 될 것이다. 본 논의를 통해 표준화된 DB 구축 방안과각 단계별 전략을 고민해 보고자 한다. 이를 토대로 향후 불교무형문화유산아카이브 구축을 위한 과제를 도출하고자 한다.
첫째, 불교무형문화유산 아카이브 DB는 관계형 데이터베이스(Relational Database) 로 구축되어야 한다.
둘째, <불교무형문화유산 아카이브>의 복합적인 원형정보를 표준화 하여 개방형 연결데이터[Linked Open Data]로 구축되어야 한다.
셋째, 불교무형문화유산 아카이브는 개방형 데이터를 제공하기 위해 오픈 API를제공해야 한다.
본 논의에서 불교무형문화유산 조사작업의 성과를 담은 <불교무형문화유산 아카이브> 구축을 위한 과제를 제시하였다. 본 논의가 불교무형문화유산의 가치를 확산하고 무형유산 전승과 복합적 활용에 디딤돌이 되기를 바란다.
