지능형 교통신호에 의한 실측 포화 교통류율 추정에 관한 연구 = A Study on The Estimation of Prevailing Saturation Flow Rates through the Intelligent Traffic Signal

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지포화교통류율은 교차로의 용량 및 효과척도의 산출과정에 사용되어 운영상태를 평가하는 요소이며, 이를 통하여 해당 교차로의 서비스 수준이 결정된다. 포화교통류율을 측정하는 방법은 현장에서 실측을 통하여 얻는 방법과 측정된 현장자료를 근거로 추정하는 방법이 있으나 전자가 권장되고 있다.
본 연구에서는 지능형 교통신호를 통하여 산출된 포화교통류율과 개별주기 포화교통류율, 그리고 도로용량편람에서 제시한 실측방법을 통해 산출된 포화교통류율을 비교·검토하였다. 그리고 지능형 교통신호에서 산출된 포화교통류율을 통하여 실측 포화교통류율을 추정할 수 있는 가능성을 산출된 결과를 토대로 제시하였다.
향후 보다 많은 지역에서 다양한 자료가 수집되어 연구가 진행될 경우 제시된 결과의 정확성이 향상되리라 생각되며, 이를 통하여 실측 포화교통류율을 경제적이고 간편하게 추정하여 교차로의 운영상태를 파악·개선하는데 적용시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Saturation flow rate is used to capacity of intersection and production process of effect measure it is element that evaluate operation state, through this, level of service of relevant intersection is decided. Method that measure saturation flow rate is method getting through survey on the spot and method that presume measured field data for basis but the former is encouraged.
In this study, with saturation flow rate worked tough intelligence style traffic signal, individual cycle saturation flow rate, and Compare and examined saturation flow rate that is worked through survey method that present in handbook. And through saturation flow rate worked in intelligence style traffic signal presented on the basis of result that is worked possibility that can presume survey saturation flow rate.
Is thought that accuracy of presented result is improved in case of various data is collected and study is proceeded in many areas more than hereafter, through this. may apply to grasp and improve operation condition of intersection presuming survey saturation flow rate as is economical and simple.
