Near infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging guide system for medical devices that help surgeons provide surgical visual features such as sensitive tumor and normal tissue disease processes in real-time optical imaging in the operating room. Has to be a distinction between the tumor and normal tissue and tumor tissue of the position accurately the anatomical image of living tissue and provide a high optical imaging, the resolution improving existing cancer surgery and can be made as innovative. Europe and the USA, has been developed and is commercializing widespread use in medical hospital, demand in the Korea has been considered to be an explosion. Recently, however, researchers attempt to research and development and has a lot of interest from manufacturers in the Korea. The situation safety and performance standards for near infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging guide system that can be scientifically evaluated and how this non-existent for review. Enhance the international competitiveness provide information on the medical devices in order to develop high value-added medical device industry and the safety and performance evaluation of the medical unit to provide rapid assessment guidelines for authorization, examination of the domestic medical device manufacturers and importers and to prepare the items.The guidelines are based on standards such as technology development and permit the United States and Europe for medical equipment (FDA, EEC Medical Device Regulations) and clinical usage research, safety and performance evaluation to investigate the safety guidelines for the Korea domestic conditions and performance evaluation made of a guideline.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

근 적외선 (NIR) 형광 영상 가이드 시스템은 수술실에서 외과 의사들이 정상조직과 질병프로세스의 민감한 종양조직의 특징 등을 실시간으로 광 영상으로 제공하여 시각적으로 수술을 돕는 의료기기이다. 종양의 위치와 정상조직과 종양조직 간의 구별을 할 수 있도록 생체조직의 해부학적 이미지를 정확하고 해상도가 높은 광 영상으로 제공하여 기존의 암 수술방법을 개선하고 혁신적으로 도모할 수 있다. 유럽과 미국 등에서는 이미 개발 상품화되어 의료기관에서 사용이 보편화되어 있고, 국내에서도 수요는 폭발적으로 증가할 것으로 사료되고 있다. 최근 국내에서도 연구자 및 제조업체에서 많은 관심을 가지고 연구 및 개발을 시도하고 있지만, 이에 대한 허가․심사를 위해 안전성및 성능을과학적으로평가할수있는기준 및방법이전무한 실정이다. 국제 경쟁력을 높이고 고부가가치 의료기기 산업을 육성하기 위하여 본 의료기기에 대한 정보를 제공하고 국내 의료기기 제조 및 수입 업체의 신속한 허가·심사를 위한 평가 가이드라인 제공하고자 본 의료기기에 대한 안전성과 성능평가에 대한 기준을 마련하고자 한다. 본 지침서는 의료기기에 대한 미국, 유럽 등의 기술개발 및 허가 기준 규격(FDA, EEC의료기기 규정)과 임상사용 현황 조사, 안전성 및 성능평가 가이드라인을 조사하여 국내 실정에 맞는 안전성 및 성능평가 가이드라인을 만들었다.
