This study examines pre-service teachers’ experience, perceptions, and willingness in terms of adoption of digital technology in education. For the study, 79 pre-service teachers majoring in English education participated in a survey. The survey asked their experiences with digital technology and technology-integrated learning. In addition, digital literacy and respondents’ efficacy, willingness to adopting and learning technology-integrated classes. The collected data were analyzed to explore research questions. The results show the patterns of technology use of pre-service teachers and the factors to predict the willingness to adopt technology-integrated classes and learn required techniques for the classes. The finding were presented with suggestions for educational practices and future studies.
