‘꿈’인가 ‘지향점’인가 = 란다우어(G. Landauer)의 유토피아 이해와 의미

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The concept of 'Utopia' which stands for the most social figures of human beings has been perceived as unattainable, negative and unreliable. Even though 'Utopia' is recognized to have negative connotation, new and hopeful terminologies such as Digitopia, Digitopia, Ecotopia and Democratopia are derived from it since it shows internal desires for the new society. From this point of view, Utopia should be actual hope. Utopia should be related to our present lives not to the ideal places far apart or future. Therefore, the essence of 'Utopia' is to criticize the insufficiency of the actuality for the better future. From this perspective, the philosopher, Gustav Landauer concentrated on the positive and active understanding of Utopia. It is a milestone for the people who orient the better existence and the compliance to criticize the shortages and complaints of modern day society. In this sense of 'Utopia' is the will of revolution consistently occurring in our consciousness at every moment, and embodies motive for the future by anticipating for the advanced lives.
