국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적: 건강한 성인 및 IBS 환자에서 SERT 유전자형 분석을 해보고, 유전자의 다형성에 따른 혈중 세로토닌치의 차이 유무를 알아보고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 대상 및 방법: 건강한 성인 56명 (남자 37명, 여자 19명; 나이, 47.6±11.0세) 및 IBS 환자 53명(남자 27명, 여자 26명; 나이, 44.6±15.2세)을 대상으로 하여 SERT의 유전자의 다형성을 중합효소 연쇄반응을 이용하여 측정하였고, ELISA검사를 이용하여 혈중 세로
